Next year will mark the first time that Guns N’ Roses will perform in Hyde Park during British Summer Time (BST).
On June 30, 2023, the legendary US rock band will be the headlining act. At the 10th anniversary of the concert series, fans will have the opportunity to view the lineup, which includes Axl Rose, Slash, Duff McKagan, Dizzy Reed, Richard Fortus, Frank Ferrer, and Melissa Reese.
General ticket sales start here on Wednesday, December 7, at 10 a.m. GMT. American Express members can benefit from the first pre-sale, which starts tomorrow at 10am GMT (December 2).
On the BST Hyde Park lineup for 2023, Guns N’ Roses join the previously announced Bruce Springsteen And The E Street Band, Billy Joel, Pink with special guest Gwen Stefani, Take That, and BLACKPINK.
In other news, Guns N’ Roses just included a very special cover of ‘Whole Lotta Rosie’ by AC/DC to their repertoire on their Australian tour.
The song has been covered by Guns N’ Roses 156 times, including in the next stop on their current tour in Sydney. A version of the song can be found on the band’s self-titled 1988 EP.
But on Thursday, November 24, they performed the song live for the first time since 2018.
Given the band’s affiliation with AC/DC, it was particularly significant. The lead vocalist of Guns N’ Roses, Rose, joined AC/DC in 2016 and covered for Brian Johnson on that year’s “Rock Or Bust” tour.
The next year, Angus Young of AC/DC performed “Whole Lotta Roses” and “Riff Raff” with Guns N’ Roses in Sydney.
