Sophie Turner is suing her ex-husband Joe Jonas for the repatriation of their two girls to England.

The “Game of Thrones” alum filed the complaint in a Manhattan court on Thursday, asking “the immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained.”

Turner alleges that the “wrongful retention” began on September 20.

Turner also alleges that around Christmas 2022, she and the Jonas Brothers band member vowed to make the UK their “forever home” and to start looking for schools for their older daughter, Willa, in the nation.

“The parties were both excited for the family’s move to England,” according to the records.

According to court documents, the now-former couple eventually discovered the right home in the English countryside, which is why they listed their Miami residence for sale and began a long-term rental contract with ambitions to purchase the property.

The documents claim that they officially migrated from Miami to England on April 10, 2023, and that Turner, 27, began filming the miniseries “Joan” nearby that summer.

Meanwhile, Jonas began the Jonas Brothers’ tour in New York City on August 12.

The 34-year-old “Dancing Feet” singer and Turner consented “with hesitation” to have their girls travel with Jonas since, despite his nightly performance commitments, he had more free periods during the day to spend with the kids when they were awake.

“The children would then at least be able to spend some time during the day with one of their parents until the Mother finished her filming commitments,” the documents indicate, emphasizing that the girls traveling on tour would be a “temporary arrangement.”

However, the divorce of the “Dark Phoenix” singer and Jonas “happened very suddenly” after an argument on Aug. 15, Jonas’ birthday, according to the records.

On September 5, the “Hesitate” singer filed for divorce in a Miami court, which Turner alleges she learned about “through the media.”

According to the documents, the musician and actress met two weeks later to negotiate their divorce.

Turner claims she “reiterated” their plan to relocate the children to England, but claims Jonas is withholding the children’s passports, preventing them from leaving the country.

“The Father has possession of the children’s passports,” according to the docs. “He refuses to return the passports to the Mother and refuses to send the children back home to England with the Mother.”

According to the complaint, Jonas’ counsel then affirmed on September 19 that he will neither return the passports or consent to the daughters’ relocation across the pond, prompting Turner’s lawsuit.

She also intends to file a similar complaint in the United Kingdom, claiming that her case is a “breach” of her custodial rights.

The “Devotion” actor and “Do Revenge” actress began dating in 2016 and married three years later in a surprise Las Vegas ceremony.

They followed their Vegas wedding with an elaborate French wedding.

Willa was born in July 2020, and a second child, whose name has not been revealed, was born two years later.
